I brought my bike in with what I thought was a slight problem with a pedal but the mechanic showed me it wasn't and sorted it out plus pumped my tires. Really appreciated it and will be back to buy some things we need and for service in the future!!! Awesome service!

Travelled to the Kew store for weekend sale. Limited range of ebikes under 2k, and none available for test ride...apparently all were sold in sale that morning. Seems strange given sale goes for another day...we could however preorder a bike with 50% deposit. When we said no they changed tack and offered a written quote. Our personal info was used to make a follow up marketing call and email during the following week. A total turn off for us.

Recently visited the store to have an issue with an old bike chain looked at, and had the pleasure of being helped by James. James did a great job of looking over the bike in the workshop, taking it for a quick test ride, lubricating the chain and explaining some maintenance basics. Really great service and advice. Thanks again James for taking the time to help me out.

Consistently have had a great experience at 99 bikes. The workshop crew are always happy to help out and use their expertise in troubleshooting problems. Went in with two problems on my bike today and not only did “James” fix both problems on the spot, he went out of his way to show me how to fix the problems and how to minimise the risk of them happening again. VERY happy with the service here!

Went to 99 Bikes Kew to look for a couple of trail bikes for myself and partner. We had a brief look around at the large range of bikes and then were approached by Jamie who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly, patient while we tried to make up our minds. We looked at and tried around 8 different bikes each and Jamie gave us the pros and cons of each, without ever losing his cool over our continually changing our minds on the bikes we wanted. Finally settled on a Cube Aim Pro Hardtail and Norco XFR Hardtail and are so happy with them. We were incredibly impressed with the friendly service and insightful help we got and would strongly recommend this shop to get your bikes and assorted equipment.
