Picked up some great offers over the past 2 weekends. Some at 50% off. The staff on 3rd Floor is amazing in making it work for you and even assisting you in making an informed" purchase. I recently visited Myer Indooroopilly on 28/06/2023 at around 3:04pm and had an unfortunate encounter with the team leader, Kerrie, and another staff member near the counter. The way they spoke to me and my companions was not only rude but also discriminatory, seemingly based on our ethnicity. As loyal customers who have frequently shopped at Myer Indooroopilly, including today where we spent over $300, we were shocked and disheartened by this experience.We have always enjoyed shopping at Myer and considered it our go-to department store. However, the recent changes in ownership seem to have had a negative impact on the overall customer service quality. The treatment we received was far from the welcoming and inclusive environment we had come to expect.Comparatively, we have found David Jones' customer care to be much more attentive and respectful. It's disheartening to witness the decline in service standards at Myer, especially considering our long-standing loyalty.I hope that Myer management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues of rude and discriminatory behavior among its staff members. As a customer, I value fairness, respect, and equal treatment. Unfortunately, this experience has left me contemplating whether I will continue to support Myer in the future.I urge the management to reflect on these incidents and take steps to ensure that all customers, regardless of their background, are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Improving customer service and fostering an inclusive environment should be top priorities for Myer.

I was disappointed at my shopping experience at Myers as I was shopping for a suit for my husband with 4 sales assistants in the same area and none of them approached me despite me standing there waiting for them to notice me. A lovely lady names 'Diane' came over as she could see nobody was helping me as she was walking past to go to her own area and completely turned my experience around. Thankyou Diane for a great shopping experience!

Several times now & again today 22/06/23 I was served by Vikki for checkout when purchasing clothing. Not only have I experienced her amazing customer service, I have witnessed her lighting up others days too. It's so great too see such happy, positive staff member who see customers & actually care to make their experience enjoyable. Staff like Vikki are what will keep people returning for in person shopping experiences. Thankyou Vikki for the great service & smiles.

Asked if they price match, yes we do. Once they checked the price they said it was under their cost price so could offer no discount at all. ($10 under retail on $149 product.)Same item was on sale for a lower price only 2 weeks ago.Lies and trickery. Waste of time running around pretending to offer customer service. Why not just say no and let me decide if I’ll pay your price or not.

Got sent on a wild goose chase and wasted a whole hour, 0/10 do not recommend ^_^Don't get me wrong the staff were lovely, but you need a better system of keeping track of stock so you can pinpoint where things are in store.Searched on google for item, saw the item was in stock, came in since I was nearby, I asked 4 different people only to get told to go back to where I started and ultimately did not find what I was looking for.Props to the last lady who actually searched to check it was indeed in store, but the store should probably make a better system to help your staff guide customers to what they're looking for.Ordered it as click and collect out of spite because, believe me, I will get to the bottom of this mystery. I refuse to waste all that effort.To any customers who are in the situation I was, even if you're nearby please use click and collect and pick up from your nearest store a day later, because it's a huge waste of time trying to track it down yourself.I hope this feedback helps improve customer experience :)

Very few Staff at this store can’t find a single soul that’s free. A young girl in the fashion section barely made eye contact, before rudely snarling at me prior to asking a question then proceeded to make a hand gesture “they are over there”Where?? outside? back wall?Won’t be going back , horrrrible
