I heard about Switch from a mate who mentioned their great service. I now drive past two other bike shops on the way to Switch as their service is consistently top class. It's not often you take a bike in and request a bottom bracket replacement and have the mechanic suggest he inspect it as it may just need a clean out. Brilliant.

Absolutely top notch! If you've forgotten what customer service should be like, stop in and see these guys! What took another company 5 days to fail to do, took these guys 5 minutes (no exaggeration). Buying or needing a service? Go here, don't live near Ipswich? Make the trip. You won't be disappointed. I wanted to write a review on the level of service you get from Switch, Sash is amazing to deal with and was very helpful dealing with all my annoying questions. Allot of bike shops could learn from this one, its a shame I'm so far away.

I went to several other bike shops before coming here at a friends recommendation. And needless to say i was not disappointed!!The team here are professional yet friendly and informative. They are more than happy to spend time with the customer and explain any questions you may have. Not just take your money and move you on.They have many bikes to choose from catering to different budgets and skill levels, without compromising on quality. And after taking my Focus on the trail you can certainly tell the difference between a good quality bike, and a cheap department store one.Big thanks to Sash and Stuey, and looking forward to doing many years of business with you guys!!

Graham and the crew offer A1 friendly service always. Best bike repair and maintenance shop around. Heaps of products and stock. Cute shop pup too!

Just outstanding. The staff are personable, approachable and talented. Their repair work is first rate. The range of bikes and bits is excellent and anything that they don’t have, they get quickly. I have really appreciated the way that they show me how to make the repairs if they can do them on the spot.

My daughter's brakes failed and needed her bike to practise for a race in two days. Although they were busy, they did a full bleed straight away. Excellent customer service, great advice and a very reasonable price. Thanks.

I cannot praise the staff at Switch Bikes enough. After struggling to find a helmet that fit, your helpful staff were able to find exactly what I needed. Even though I wasn't spending a heap, your staff still made me feel like a valued customer.

Can't recommend this place enough. They have always been able to assist me with any cycling need no matter how big or small. From building a bike to picking cleats you can't go past Switch Bike Hub.
