Been going for a year or two consistently. having an autistic child he needs to have a good relationship with the hairdresser and we try to see the same person every time, and I thought he had a good relationship with my son they both agreed not to spray water because of sensory issues then after getting frustrated he made a disgusting comment about his behavior; “oh your only like this because your dad lets you” Time to find a new place.

Took my son here yesterday for a cut. Asked for short at the sides with a trim on the top. The older barber did his hair, it’s atrocious. No clean lines, I went to do the top this morning and there was a chunk of hair twice as long as the rest. Will not be back and will not recommend. I’ll now have to take him elsewhere to have it fixed!!!

Nice clean and slick styled shop. I seen photos of their works and it looked promising. I really had high hopes but was let down terribly. Asked for a zero mid fade around the side and was given the total opposite. Customer service was alright. I think it depends what barber you get, work doesn’t seem consistent across all barbers. I am looking to go back again as I do believe they are great barbers, just hope they do a better job.

I have had haircuts in many countries and every state in Australia.The complete experience at Babylon was pretty close to the best I have had. (It's pretty hard to beat the top line Turkish experience)Excellent haircut, well equipped facility and entertaining conversation with the young German barber. Well done.
