Food was good although the garlic prawns were a bit light on. Service was just ok, need to be more personal not just drop the dish in front of you & walk off. If they wish to survive they will need to lift their game. Meals should all come out together not in dribs & drabs.

The food was solid.We had the beef cheeks and the scotch fillet. We also had a couple of starters, as well as a couple of glasses of wine and tap beers.The service was not fantastic, but suitable to the venue and quality of the food. It met expectations which we appreciated. We would definitely be back.Overall we were really happy for parent date night!!

Absolutely the best risotto I have had ever!Husband and I visited for the Saturday night karaoke, which was an absolute pleasure.The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was so great, fun and inviting.But the highlight of the whole evening was the amazing food! The owner needs to hold onto who ever his chef is with both hands and never let him go, it was magnificent!

Staff were attentive, friendly, helpful with great service. Meals all came out together, were delicious and good size servings. None of us went home hungry and really enjoyed our evening.Absolutely no complaints

Definitely not an authentic Italian restaurant. It’s more like a pub with a few Italian choices. I’m sorry to say but ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE & WOEFUL. Lady looked & acted like she didn’t want to be there. Had to ask for everything. Young underage kids drinking & running around on a Sunday evening treating the place like a local backyard hangout. No ambience in the restaurant. Steak tasted like it was defrosted in a microwave before being cooked.Positives- lamb shank special was really nice. Very large portions. Drink prices were really priced aswell.

Had a lovely dinner here , first time had the fettuccine Frenze was delicious, cocktails were also nice and reasonably priced. Staff were fantastic and friendly couldn’t fault it at all

Took my son and his family for a birthday dinner tonight 28.6.23I’ve never had such great service from a restaurant as I did tonight . From the moment we walked in the door we were made to feel welcome . The service from all the staff was 100%The food was served in no time at all and was cooked to perfectionI was surprised to find out when paying the bill that our 2 girls meals were free . I’d recommend this restaurant to everyone . Well done to all , we will be back for sureJan Tingley

First time visit since change of ownership. Still had the same good vibe in the rooftop bar. Food was great - we had a variety from parmi through to burger, risotto, pasta and the beef cheeks - all was very good and we'll definitely be back. Shout out to all the friendly wait staff who were exemplary.

Very disappointed. We were redirected to the roof top bar and noticed notable issues such as really dirty cushions and tables which really didn't help to the overall experience.We had 2 toddlers waiting with us and had to wait for 1 hour 15 minutes without food. Patrons coming after us had had their food and left. Food was mediocre and small when it came. Very unimpressed.To add salt to insult, the duty manager stood behind us fully aware of the situation and did nothing except watching the footie match throughout the whole situation.Overall, it was really disappointing that old problems persist even with new owners.Great shout out to the bar tender on duty that night. She definitely went over and beyond for us.Wouldn't recommend anyone going there unless you've managed your expectations.

Can't say it was a good experience: Dirty glass and table, fly problem (I killed several), asked for a 2nd beer and was told to go to the bar (was table service), same staff was also then loud and swore while clearing other tables, final moment was the cleaning rag thrown past wife's head and into bucket on the bar. We were asked if meal was good and I will say the food was delicious. Kitchen didn't look clean, observed standing water on floor through open door. Wouldn't go back. (Sunday afternoon, place was quiet).
