I'm only giving 1 star because you can't leave a review with no stars! When I asked if it could be collected on the same day we don't drive to the same place twice in one day". When I asked for a estimate delivery time "it'll get there when it gets there". I was asked where I wanted the bin & told in a matter of fact way that if it goes on the verge I'll be fined by the council unless I have a permit. After leaving specific instructions that were not the verge

pathetic! unprofessional, unresponsive, sarcastic administration team. ordered bin for only two days because i knew people in the area would start ransacking the bin. After 4 days, we sent emails and rang them, but were faced only with excuses, rudeness and sarcasm.. being told how unfortunate " they said a driver lost a finger... Yet this isnt an isolated incident

This must be Perth's best skip bin service! Same day service and the cheapest rates I could find. Service and economy in a West Australian Owned Perth skip bin company? Impressive!!!!! Would highly recommend.

We asked on wed for the bin to be collected fri, we were told yes. However at 415 on fri I called and was told it wouldn't be collected till Monday. It was smack bang in the middle of where a party for 800 people were going to be!! The guy told me to put a bit of wood on it and use it as a table" what a toolWorst business ever"

This business is listed at 72 Matlock Street,Mt Hawthorn. We have no affiliation with this business, why are they using this address as their business location?We recently received infringement notices from the City of Cottesloe for bins placed in contavine of by-laws.I called Dial-a-bin and spoke to reception and asked that they change the address 72 Matlock Street as a place they trade from.This all seems very dodgy, hoping this issue will be recified as soon as possible.Not very happy.

Have had the skip bin sitting on my verge for over 2 weeks I'm having a party tomorrow and needed it gone just got home to find it still there and no-one can get it until Monday.I rang every day and nothing was done about it I was suppose to get my lawns mowed too but couldn't because of the bin.Will never use this company again.

Would love to not give any star rating for this company. I keep being promised that the bin will be removed. It has been three weeks since the first calls requesting the bins removal. Promised to have it removed in week two as a priority (on consecutive days and different people). In week three I am told it’s up to the drivers and I can’t be promised removal any time soon. User be warned - you are likely to have an unwanted fixture in your front yard if you use this company.

Very rude receptionist hung up on me when I called to ask why the bin wasn't collected. Was told they don't know when it will be collected. Maybe in a few weeks! My housemate is in a wheelchair and can't get access the house because of the bin. I told her this and her reply was 'well what do you want me to do about it?'!!! So rude! Will never use them again

Wish I had of read these reviews prior to ordering, same experience as everyone else they promise to pick up the bin & do not. Horrible experience 1 star is being generous, they're inability to pickup the bin has pushed back all the other trades on site by a week so far.

It's been 3 weeks since we had this bin delivered and I wouldn't be surprised if it was still there this time next week. I emailed them the day after they delivered it to tell them it was full and ready for collection. Since then we have emailed and rang them to try to get this bin removed. No replys to the emails but they told us that they would put the pick up as a priority, 4 days later and it's still there. I'd NEVER use this company again or recommend to any one.We also used wombat waste for a second skip when we realized we needed more bin space once we filled the skip from dial a bin. Wombat waste went above and beyond to drop off and pick up there bin in a fast period.
