I simply will not trust anyone but Paul with the TrophyRS.He's a no BS guy, and performs his work in the most simplistic matter-of-fact manner, which any true car guy sincerely appreciates. I've been around cars for a very long time and you don't often find mechanics like Paul. When you do, you know you have struck gold.

Rarely do you find an completely honest mechanic that is friendly and knowledgeable. Paul will pour over every detail of your car, finding things that no other will. When he finds issues he will tell you if they're worth fixing and what he recommends. He will not try and up-sell you on anything to make a profit, only when it will truly benefit your car. I take my RenaultSport Megane R26 there (I live about 50mins away on the other side of Sydney) and Paul is the only person I would trust with it. He knows everything there is to know about Renault's but don't think for a second that it means he isn't very skilled and knowledgeable about almost anything you bring him.HIGHLY recommended for anyone!

I cannot recommend Paul highly enough. Have been taking my Clio 182 to him for the last few years, I would not trust it to anyone else. He knows these cars inside out and is such a nice and honest person to deal with.

Paul is the real deal. Have taken my Clio Sport 172 for the last few years and he has corrected some Renault dealership mechanics stuff ups.

Best place to take your special French car. You will not get a more attentive and considered approach to your car anywhere else.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. $1600 in repairs later, my Peugeot still has a fault that was apparently ‘fixed.’ Paul would quote a price and it’ll always be higher in the end. He would spend more time chatting over the phone telling you what new problems your car has and writing out the invoice than repairing your car. The invoice for my car was 10 pages long - handwritten. I left the service and my car still had a transmission fault, the air con wasn’t working and a lightbulb that wasn’t even working wasn’t even changed.

Paul is fantastic. Honest, fastidious workmanship, his knowledge is second to none. Yeah, he might not suffer fools but the only person I will let work on my Pug. Not cheap, but you are paying for a French car expert.

I had my Renault serviced here recently and the experience was terrific! Paul is an expert and did a very thorough job, taking the time to talk me through everything in detail. Highly recommended!

April 2021. Had cam belt, water pump and related bits & pieces, gearbox oil changed on my 2012 Clio 200. I highly recommend Paul and his knowledge & workmanship on Renault's. He even did a few additional service things that needed attention which I didn't consider. He has a lot of history and experience with racing, so definitely have a chat and utilise his services if you need to keep your Renault RS in top shape.

After another mechanic did some damage to my Renault Clio they sent to AP Automotive to get fixed. Now I only send my car to Paul and he shows me everything he does and explains it simply. As a person who knows nothing about cars, he has been a blessing.
