Excellent well maintained camp grounds and facilities. Roads in to the camp are good. Beautiful views and walking tracks

If you are interested in an off-grid camping trip, next to a beautiful babbling creek, then this is the spot. The drop loos are clean, there are fire pits, gas barbecues, and the grass cover is good. There are however no hot or cold showers. If you are keen, there is a fire trail behind the barbecues that climbs to the top of the ridge and goes on for many kilometres. It also doubles back to the actual Washpools picnic area 500 m up the road. Loved it.

Oh goodness this was bliss. Very well looked after camp grounds. Drop toilets are maintained daily. Plenty of camp spots for all types of campers and is close to the water. With an outdoor BBQ and seating area as well as firepits on each site there was no stress about cooking and keeping warm. Keep all food packed away as the wildlife will visit through the night.

Beautiful pristine area,well maintained facilities and camping area. Road is sealed but a bit rough. nb no phone reception.

Beautiful and quiet campground. Very green and right next to the river. 2 long drop toilets that were clean and had plenty of toilet paper. Barbeques and under cover area were also there. Road is subject to flooding so check before. $11.50 per adult per night. Need to have water.

Fabulous campground on the river. Not a great many sites (15ish). Toilet block available ( no shower). Gorgeous surroundings. Wonderful drive in through Scone. Large sites. Short walks down and around the river. Would highly recommend.

Small campsite with good toilets. Beside a well flowing stream. A short walk upstream lead to the washpools which make great swimming holes! A lack of walking trails, sadly.

It's a fantastic spot to get away for a fe days, nice little creek with lots of wildlife.BBQ and toilets and fire pits.

Great location, river and views are pristine, the local Kookaburra and magpies are pretty comfortable taking what you bring to their environment but it's their world we stay in so just be mindful where you leave your food. Very green area, rivers are worth a walk up near the lookout down the stairs 1min drive away. The toilets are super clean and well looked after by the very friendly ranger. Would go again.
