A quality butcher and will go the extra mile for you. Sausages are sensational (I find it hit and miss with many) and the brisket I got was excellent. The only complaint maybe the 7.5kg brisket got consumed in less than 10 minutes at a gathering of over 40 people, with many saying they got none. I put that down to user error on my count underestimating the yum factor
