I love Broaster chicken however… this is the worse Broaster Chicken place i’ve come across. Non existent customer service and staff were intimidating. Cash only or you can withdraw at the ATM inside the store. Environment were not pleasant and not very welcoming. Food handling and hygiene is questionable, people were smoking in the nearby area and staff were sitting on top of the bench prep. Chicken were not golden and over cooked. Been here twice and would not be coming back. This place in need of some serious help.

This is by far the best fried chicken I’ve had! It’s not that oily and it has the best crunch when you take a bite. The customer service is okay, but would be nice if we had receipt numbers for them to call out once our order is ready. Other than that, space is good; sometimes parking is crowded due to land area. Above all I would love to recommend this place for you. They have their service on Menulog so check it out!

Taste is nice but very expensive for what you get, $18 for 4 small peices of chicken, small coleslaw and a small amount of chips under the chicken. This is definitely not a family pack, more like a single meal.2 stars purely for the taste factor only, service poor and prices very high for what you get.

Really bad customer service today. I came to pick up my order then the waiter asked me rudely to take drink. Sorry i am not your staff man. The boss needs to retrain this guy and educate him how to work in hospitality.

WORST customer service ever. The guy that served us was so rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay half cash and half on my card and he told me no, pay all cash. Paid $45 the chicken pieces are tiny and were cold. They were not freshly cooked. Tasted old. If I could give zero stars I would. Someone needs to look into this place coz they are dodgy as.Will never go back there again!!!!!

Have just picked up my order, had to throw the whole thing in the bin .. No idea what pieces of chicken they’ve put in my order.They also didn’t give me my drink. And when I called them back the guy pretended that he couldn’t hear what I’m saying! Have spent a $55.What a waste of money, would never go back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Great fried chicken! Some of the best iv had in Sydney, only 4 star cause staff looked like they would of preferred I didn't walk through the door. Judgemental disapproving look on there face don't know if it was cause I'm caucasian (god forbid) or they were just having a bad day. But great heart attack chicken definitely a once in a blue moon kinda place.

Super rude staff. Didn't say hello, gave this angry look then said $10 minimum on card. I would have ordered over $10 if they were more friendly. Luckily there is a much better chicken shop next door. Weird they would give such bad service with a direct competitor next door.

I used to buy before as well and the chicken was crispy. However last time when I got the tender snack pack; the tender was so soft. I guess it was pre cooked and the staff fried again. I recommend to cook fresh to get more costumers. I gave the 3 stars for the mayo chilly sauce which I really liked.
