I went to Eastern Sleepers today to view their sleeper range in person. The sales guy was so helpful in providing advice on all aspects of doing the job myself and had a genuine interest in seeing me save money. I have had a relative use their concrete sleepers before (The Ghan) and the results were great. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Fantastic experience with these guys. The service from the sales team was excellent, the delivery driver was courteous and careful and the sleepers were perfect. Their pricing is also better than their competitors. I will continue using their products.

Travelled across several suburbs to buy 10 post for my retaining wall….got there, no one around to help me. Finished up ringing office and was told “will only do transaction over phone”!! Was it because it was hot and he didn’t want to leave his air conditioner or was it just laziness. I was wearing a mask and was prepared to scan in….as these were the only “Covid” requirements but who was going to confirm I’d done it?Finished up just hanging up as he had an excuse for everything.Very poor result….have found another company to deal with and their more than happy to talk/help me.

We had a large retaining wall requirement. After much research; look, durability, quality and budget, we settled on the Ghan Sleeper in Charcoal. Eastern Sleepers staff are knowledgeable, helpful and definitely have a 5 star product and crew. We are impressed with the steel quality, the sleepers, meet our engineers requirements and we love the look (Australian Made). Works are still in progress but see pics.

I emailed yesterday for a quote and received a speedy response from Greg. Popped in today to look at the product and make arrangements. Although it was a busy morning, Jamie was efficient and knowledgeable, offering a range of suggestions for what we are trying to achieve at home. I can see why Eastern Sleepers is rated highly and busy - they've got excellent pricing, even better service! Thanks for all your help guys.

Visited twice this week as I was looking to buy concrete sleepers for my retaining wall in my front yard. Whilst I didn’t end up buying my sleepers from here (only due to finding a style elsewhere this was not stocked by Eastern Sleepers) I found the staff incredibly helpful, knowledgable and professional on both my visits. In fact this was the only place I visited that actually sold everything you need to fully complete the job!I was more than happy to return on Tuesday to purchase all of my accessories and tools (paint, primer, sealers, packers you name it they sell it!) due to the excellent service I received.Highly recommend chatting to the staff if you have any questions about how to build your own retaining walls.
