Lighten Life!
I was introduced to Tarryn after a I had a Knee replacement, her treatments helped me get back on my feet so much faster then the first knee replacement I had done 12 mths before. Tarryn has beautiful gifted hands and a calming nature, I always leave my appointments feeling calm and very uplifted.

Lighten Life!
I have used Taryn’s services during and post pregnancy over the last 2 years. Her calming manner and magic fingers always leave me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. My builder husband now sees her too. Have never had a better massage. I can’t rate her highly enough.

Tarryn's Personal Well-Being classes really helped in maintaining my physical activity throughout my pregnancy and with the gradual return to exercise subsequent to giving birth. Her classes are specifically tailored to each individual's circumstances and she is extremely knowledgeable, caring and encouraging.

Tarryn's extremely knowledgable in such a broad range of topics regarding health and wellbeing - nutrition, exercise, Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, yoga lifestyle and spirituality. Honestly, I'm realising that the list is endless! I see her for Private Strength & Stretch sessions and love them. I always feel better afterwards and have found that I am physically stronger, more mindful and my overall health has improved. Thank you Tarryn!

I can’t speak highly enough of Tarryn! She is a wonderful instructor! I went to her with old neck, back and neck issues, due to injuries and she is so knowledgeable and caring.I needed surgery on my knee, after tearing my the ACL, but after only approx 7 months of attending 1 class a week, my knee feels so much stronger and mostly pain free.Unlike other yoga classes that I’ve experienced, where the teacher hardly knows you’re there and I’ve needed Physio after attending one of their classes.She also gives a beautiful massage, in a lovely room!

I'm so glad that I found Tarryn. I have never felt comfortable getting massages, but I took the leap as my postpartum body was screaming for a bit of a tune up. What I received was a tailored massage that left me feeling extremely relaxed and the tightness in my hips and shoulders had completely gone. I felt like I was floating as I left her studio.Everything from the beautifully set up room to the thoughtful music choice and even the calming scent all added up to create a beautiful experience.I left feeling lighter, balanced and extremely relaxed. Tarryn has a lovely warm nature and is great at what she has. Tarryn really takes the time to find out what you need and offers valuable advice. I see Tarryn regularly for remedial massage and these sessions really assist with my aches and pains. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing 90 minute massage with Tarryn. Her touch was very soothing! She attended to all my aches, with just the right pressure. Very intuitive. She has a calm confident and caring nature. I can’t wait until my next massage! I highly recommend her, one of the best treatments I’ve had, and I’m very fussy.

I have been seeing Tarryn for several years now. I having been seeing her for Deep Tissue massages. Tarryn is a fantastic Massage Therapist. Tarryn is very professional and always finds the muscles that need to be addressed. I recommend her to anyone who needs a Massage Therapist.
