Very poor customer service, staff were to busy talking to people hanging over the front counter whilst people were waitingto order, very poor language used. Food was a 10 minute wait and half of the food was overcooked and dry, no salt on any of the chips. Very disappointing to say the least.

Husband went in put in order for box we wanted and had a young boy who informed him that they didn't have them any more so he ordered what we wanted individually then waited when he got order he asked where his drumsticks were and was told they didn't have any so when he wanted something else in its place was told to get back at end of line... When got home order was wrong with wicked wings which we don't eat.. So for all that effort we ended up having small chips each for our dinner rest was thrown out... If putting on new staff or staff that don't want to be there PLEASE make sure someone is there too supervise

The Past 2 times ive gone to KFC i have had a raw burger and has made me sick, to the point i dont wanna eat for the rest of the day KFC Burnie needs to pick up there game with there meat and cook them properly so people dont get sick from eating what they like please be careful and Check ur burgers before u leave the store

I had ordered through the kfc app, after sitting in the drive thru for 30+ minutes we arrived home to find half of our order missing. We called to speak to the restaurant and to notify the manager that we were missing half of our order to be giggled at over the phone and be told in the most rude manner “I actually helped pack that order and everything was in there” after explaining to the manager that with the items that we did receive in the box there would have needed to be an extra bag with the remaining items she was rude, dismissive and disrespectful towards us.

Tired to order an original fillet burger and was told it's now the famous burger and that the difference was it comes with pickles. Got back to our hotel to eat it to discover that it now has a pepper mayo instead of just normal mayo. Luckily my allergy to black pepper is just discomfort in my mouth and not breathing difficulties. Whilst I understand that's it's just young kids serving (the only reason it's not a 1 star review) they should be taught to make sure they clarify ingredient changes to people especially when it's multiple changes to a burger that hasn't changed in decades.

Ordered online thinking it would be quicker. Huge drive-through line, which did go down quite quickly.Once we got home, we discovered we were missing 2 items, so we had to return to collect, which took a while to be served in the front counter.The chips and some chicken pieces were a bit old, would say it had been sitting a while.
