We've used Mark and his team on two different projects now and we can't thank them enough for the work they've done for us. Mark really got our brief and came up with great advice and suggestions during the design process, especially with finishes. He also sorted out everything related to building permit, etc, in no time. Everything was easy - and the few times it wasn't, there was always a solution for it.In the end, what he delivered really exceeded our expectations. So happy with our new home! Thanks again!

I can't rate Josh, Mark and all the team at THEC company more highly. After being mucked around by other builders my project was a mess and my confidence was rattled but dealing with Josh was a breeze - professional and timely but most importantly he did what he said he was going to do. The workmanship was outstanding and communication was open and honest. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else - these guys are the absolute best.

Mark and Josh did a fantastic job on our holiday house along the coast. The work was fast and well below our budget, which is amazing.We decided to add a new kitchen and extend our property to add a few new bedrooms to provide our guests, renting our BNB, more access to additional rooms. Moving forward, our investment returns have never looked better, we've increased our property value and our rental returns.Oh, our holiday home also looks so much more better. Definately worth the investment. Seamless and smooth process!

From drawings to completion it was a breeze working with them. They were easy to work with and extremely efficient and professional.
