Excellent service, very friendly staff and informative, she showed us around. The storage is clean with 24/7 access. There is a lot of room to unload your things and park the cars. Very easy to access and leave the premises. The price is by far the best I seen compare to a lot of self storage places. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Narellan Self Storage couldn’t of done anything more to make my stay any better. Security top notch as each it alarmed and they can give you acces details relating to our unit when ever you ask for them.Heaps of lighting at night, rates at the best in the area, Mal, Bron and Janet provide top notch service nothing is to difficult for them.Any issues all you have to do is ask them they are more than happy to help.Highly recommend and will be using again for sure.

Really disappointed. Padlock was tampered with and this apparently went undetected. Goods inside the unit ended up absolutely filthy as if there had been a dust storm inside. Immediately moved everything out to a much cleaner provider.
