Sent the wrong product. Acknowledge the error and took a week to have a return arranged. Had to pay for the postage back and then claim the postage back. Took a further week to process the refund after getting the goods back and multiple emails. Poor service and process for online. Stick with Amazon!

Easy to order, quickly delivered, faulty item, terrible returns and refunds processes. Still waiting for return shipping label 4 weeks later. Will never purchase from Catch again

I recently bought some dining chairs from Catch and when they arrived the quality was appalling. Cheap, small, screws didn't match up, marks on the seats etc. Gave up trying to assemble first chair. Lodged a return on Catch with photos and just wanted them collected and my money back. No customer service phone number on the site, no reply to my return message lodged. Finally got ho0ld of someone offshore no doubt in customer service and though great now this will all be sorted. No. 2 weeks later and still getting stupid messages fro the seller now saying they delivered the goods. They are not even reading my messages. I will never use this site again after this terrible experience.

I purchased 1 item only long time back. I realised months months later that I was charged 4 aud per month from club catch!!. Be careful when you purchase an item, apperantly you are subscribed without noticing and paying 4 dollars per monthfor the membership you are not even aware of!!!

Just realised that my CATCH has been debiting my credit card for over a year, since my purchase. $4AU monthly for some pass I would never have signed up to. Read the fine print folks and check your card statements. They must be making a fortune!

Great customer service experience from Mel. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again. I bought an item, it became faulty. I emailed Catch. Mel promptly offered a refund or exchange without mucking me around. I'll remember that service next time i'm buying something.. i'll also let others know too.

Very poor customer serviceHave been contacting Catch for over a month regarding a faulty Google item I received.Subsequently -Back and forth between the manufacturer and catch with me caught in the middle.A total waste of time.Go directly to the manufacturer to buy and save yourself a headache.

So far I used two times with full satisfaction. Things to take care before buying, size and weight of users. For average person it is good, specially for grown-up kids. My son (11 yr, approx 38kg) loved it. For two grown up (above 60kg) need to be bit mindful about comfort, which make sense for an inflatable kayak. I am not sure about durability. Good to kayak in low current stream, not sure how good will be in strong current, I have not tried yet.

Buying our benchtop dishwasher was easy and cost effective through Catch. Delivery was so fast and the price amazingly competitive, the reviews were the most helpful part and guided my choice. Great work!

Do not buy here! 3rd purchase never arrived after 2 months, website kept rejecting my refund request, 7 times. Sent 4 customer service requests and finally got a reply after 3 weeks. Hours wasted, stressed me out, very poor processes and no customer service when you need them.
