This business has a good choice and competitive prices. But what impressed me most was the staff: very helpful, attentive, accommodating customer requirements and easy going. This is my story: I picked up the wrong tile colour. When I brought the tiles home I realised that colour was not matching my kitchen - benchtop and wall tiles. So I had to bring the tiles back and ask to replace with another colour. I also had doubts about the texture and size. So, the sales staff allowed me to take a few different sample tiles with me and I finally ordered the right ones. I had to call the guys and come to their warehouse a number of times and they were very patient with me through the whole process. I visited a number of other tile businesses before this one and I was a bit frustrated with their customer service: some of them made me feel unwelcome, maybe because my order was too small and they were not really interested in me compared to other customers, so I was not getting much attention. But these guys treated me the best and it was a real good customer experience for me. I would highly recommend this business, you will be looked after !

A fantastic store to visit. Sydney Tile Market was at least the 20th tile store we had visited but the 1st with proper customer service. Matt was absolutely helpful with suggestions and comparisons of different tiles. They provided insight into what tiles suit best and did not force the sale on us. They even provided a hand sketch on the spot. Hugh gave us different ideas for the second bath room.Highly recommended a must for tile seekers!
