Our driver Anthony was great. Gave us a quick brief that was detailed and updated us throughout about our arrival time. Bus was clean and comfortable and at around $40 was great value for money.

Traveling from Sydney driver arrived late and had two minutes to pick up passengers. Couldn’t find my mother on reservation and wouldn’t wait two minutes while I already had an operator on the line. He was very rude and yelling.

First time I used them the A/C system was broken and we went from Sydney to Canberra with -1 degree outside at 7am without heater. No apologises, nothing. Today, I couldn’t find the pick up point in the Sydney Airport, tried calling them 15 mins prior and they just say something like “keep looking for it”. Long story short I missed it, called them again and obviously I wasn’t the first one. Guys, put a Sign inside the airport!! Is not that hard!!! Or even one in your pick up area. Poor quality service.

try to rip off $10 for every 2nd luggage. As a transit bus service to international airport. How do you expert every traveller just have 1 luggage?! Greedy business! Opposite to their ad!“ Dont use murray if you can drive yourself!”

On time, clean, free WiFi and safe journey to Canberra. Cannot ask for much more. Yea and they have charging port.On yes, the table is too small even for the smallest laptop

Murray's bus service is so good when traveling from Sydney to Canberra or reverse. No hasssle at airport looking for cars or getting out of the city. Very pleasant driver, comfortable seats, relaxing trip. Great that Murray's have this service. I will use it every trip when coming to visit family.

Cheap way to get to Canberra from Sydney airport. Clean coach with seatbelts. Uncomfortable seats that force a forward curve on the back. Leather or synthetic seat cover that gets sweaty.Almost always the departure is later than the schedule says, sometimes the arrival as well. The employees assure me that the departure is exactly on time of course.
