Bunbury Hotel Koombana Bay

Rooms were a little old, mattress was old and the bathroom not clean to my liking, overall it is good . We had a good stay and staff is friendly and a good location. We enjoyed the pool and spa.

Our only hotel on our trip and would have liked a room higher in the building but the room we had was nice.The temperature of the swimming pool water and the area it was in was rather cool.The restaurants prices were a bit steep but it was in a hotel so to be expected.

My car got broken into when parked at the property. The hotel could not retrieve any video footage as no security cameras were installed belonging to the hotel. When asked why, they mentioned that these are the common areas belonging to the Strata. Lodged a police case for the break-in and broken car window, but no video footage was available. To summarise: park your car at your own risk in the hotel parking area with no security cameras and a history of break-ins.

Staff were lovely and friendly and the room was very nice for the price. Close to lots of bars and restaurants and the jetty in walking distant. Has a great skate park across the road also.

First time staying at Bunbury Hotel Koombana Bay, stayed for 4 nights and was a very nice, peaceful place to stay. Rooms were very spacious with plenty of room, with kitchen, bathroom and personal spa. We stayed on the 4th level and the views of the beach and surrounds were just lovely. Housekeeping was done every day of our stay and did an amazing job!!! Nice pool to have a swim in, also the beach just walking distance!!!There is a restaurant at the hotel, but to be honest the prices were too expensive, and lack of choices was disappointing. However, there are some nice places to eat close by and in the city center of Bunbury.The staff at reception was very helpful with any of our requests. Will definitely go back again, for a holiday.

When my husband and I had to attend an event in Bunbury last Friday, we booked the Superior Studio with breakfast package for the one-night stay. This was our first time staying at the Bunbury Hotel.The hotel is well located, within walking distance to entertainment and dining venues. It is also a short walk to the Koombana Bay beach and the Dolphin Discovery Centre.We stayed on Level 3. The Superior Studio came with a king-sized bed and decent views. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. We liked that we were able to control the air-conditioner temp in the room, setting it to our comfort.Sound proofing of the room is good. We didn't get too much noise coming into the room.The room package included a full buffet breakfast. The food was piping hot and quite flavoursome.Overall, we enjoyed our brief stay at the Bunbury Hotel and will stay at the hotel again.

The keys to the door lock were not working on two consecutive days. The broadband is so poor that you cannot watch anything. Also to top it ,it was very unhelpful that screen mirroring was not available. It takes a very long time to have a decent shower as the flow rate is abysmal.

A pleasant two month business stay in a modest room in an excellent location. Overall very comfortable. But terrible WiFi. Also had the misfortune of utilising the service" of a receptionist Sam on Thursday 23.3.23 at 7.30am. Bell for service was missing so I had the audacity to knock on the door to attract attention. It was answered by the personality of a bull terrier. If you do not want to provide service then work in an abbitoir. For this reason I feared to return my key card on checkout on Friday but left them in my room."

I didn't stayed there I just visited to my Friends Apartment. He's lived there. Amazing view and room I love it to visit
