Bought a new laptop today from these guys Briton was really helpful with my purchase . Got home had a few tech issues called up and had the best service from Leo over the phone he was very patient with me got through the problem and all is working great. We just bought a new TV from these guys and turns out upon setting it up the TV was faulty. With a few obvious questions and photos about the issue the team here were ultra quick to ensure we had the TV replaced and installed for free. Great customer service, we will definitely shop here again

This jb is pretty awesome also usually have stock compared to blacktown jb is not the same ever since they moved location some of their item sometimes aren't in stock but probably supply chain issue

Went there to buy some items and possibly purchase a E-Bike i was interested in buying it my young kid was ringing the bell on the bike afew times as I was thinking about buying it a very rude staff member came up to verbally abuse my kid for touching the Bike so decided on spending my money elsewhere they hire such heartless people in this store who are not friendly to customers disgusting! behaviour.

If you need a tech nerd, ask for JonathanI bought a laptop from Liverpool branch and it didn’t meet my expectations, I went to Wetherill park branch and met this amazing gentleman Jonathan and dealt with returning my laptop and got me a new one that meets my expectations, it is absolutely worth every penny!Will be back definitely to buy everything from here!all the staff are amazing and the store is very tidy and organized!Highly recommended store

The worst team to serve customers at wetheirll park stocland especially a worker named Jonathan who I had asked him if we can use the school vouchers to buy an iPhone 14 plus and said yes over the phone and I went in store got all my stuff and I asked him the same question again and said yes we can use them, I had signed all the paper work and was about to pay and I get one of the disrespectful register workers said to meyou can't use the vouchers to buy phones, so I can Jonathan back and he says I told you it's up to the register team to decide which was a lie as he did not tell me over the phone or when I asked him in store. Very disappointing to be served .
