Everyone is busy and booked up. . These guys were excellent, very helpful and fitted me in to sort out a problem that began to look like a wait until after Christmas. Took 10 minutes and no charge. Very happy with the service provided. Thank you fellas

Got new suspension fitted to a Hilux , the entire process from the start when enquired to when picked car up was perfect, good communication the whole way through helping me pick the best suited suspension for my needs and giving me updates during the install. Highly recommend

Absolutely disgusting service, the customer is always right? Not with Barossa 4X4, if you value your money then I suggest going elsewhere.We recently ordered a towbar for my wife’s ford territory over the phone. I advised the salesperson that we would be replacing the factory setup on the car. The salesperson asked if I wanted a new loom in addition to the new towbar. I said not at this stage and that I would give them a call back if I wanted a replacement loom installed. Within an hour I called back and asked for the new loom to be ordered to which the salesperson adjusted the quote to suit.On the day of the installation, we pick up the car and get it home to discover it still had the original loom in place.I contacted them regarding the matter and they stated I could come and pick up the loom and after some discussion, we decided that we wanted it fitted as that was the original plan and what we were quoted and paid for. They then stated that the installation of the loom was not included in the original price and they would have to wait for the salesperson who originally made the quote to return from leave.I would have thought if you purchased a loom, it would include installation considering that was the idea of replacing the factory setup?Barossa 4X4 finally agreed to install the loom without charge. We went back today to have the loom installed only to be told that it would not fit. I requested a refund over the phone and was given a verbal agreement that we would be refunded the price of the loom, which I was very happy with. Arrived there to pick up the car and the Boss then states they can’t get a refund on the loom so neither can I. Admittedly I may have got a little animated and left in a huff at this point.I proceeded to give them a call once I cooled down and told them consumer affairs state that they must give a refund, to which they agreed but were now going to charge me for the uninstallation of the factory towbar, should I still want a refund. They stated that they didn’t know I had a factory setup and that’s an extra cost, even though it was discussed in the first phone call to the business and not even mentioned when collecting the car after the initial installation.It’s very much a confusing he said / she said situation. Never have I experienced a company that conducts itself in such an unprofessional manner. It seems to me that they have initially underquoted and the company are trying to get money back whichever way possible.All in all a very dodgy practice and wouldn’t go there if my life depended on it. Steer clear at all costs.

Charged for new tow bar and loom, plus installation and removal of old tow bar and loom. First they told me wrong installation date, on second trip there they installed the tow bar but forgot to install the loom. Third trip there they couldn't install the loom as they ordered the incorrect one. They said they couldn't refund as they wouldn't get a refund themselves. Follow up phone call they said they could refund the loom but would charge for uninstalling the existing tow bar as apparently that wasn't in the quoted price. It's a he said, she said situation now. Take from this experience what you will. At the end of the day, they ordered in the wrong loom and wouldn't refund, but would refund if they charged us more money.... also both times I got my car back it smelt of livestock/hay.
