Thank you Doors Plus - Labrador. Your customer service is second to none, very impressed. Tony the carpenter certainly knows his stuff.. also on time, he estimated 3 hours to complete the total replacement of our rotten door and surrounding woodwork, spot on. (Sorry I forgot to put the sugar in your coffee Tony). They will be our first choice again for any future door replacements. ( This was the second time we have use a Doors Plus company)Before and after photos attached.

One star is still too much! Their slogan needs changing! Doors Plus, major fuss!Will never use this company again. They were quick to take our money and order the product however the product arrived damaged and was installed absolutely terribley. The doors had chips and dints in them when they arrived.The installer had cracked all the area around the striker and hinges and upon installing the new framework spit the wood. He the tried to hide the split by using putty which made it worse. The hardwear was not flush so was hitting everytime the door closed. Contacting doors plus was a mission in itself. We were told the manager would call us, he never did. Then we were told he would come and inspect and didn't show. Upon sending an email and asking for his contact number we then received an email from him stating that the doors were exactly how we saw them in the showroom and that if the damage couldn't be seen from 2meters away that it was fine. We love the design of the doors we chose, that wasnt the issue. Communication was so hard with them. Eventually we were sent someone who repaired the damage on the doors and agreed that the top of the frame needed to be replaced. However the new piece is a slightly different colour. We then had the security screen company come to measure for screens only to tell us that we couldn't have the handle in the normal position due to the handles on the main doors we had chosen. We weren't told this by the salesman, so now I have a very low handle on my screen that the toddler can now open and close. I am so glade wedecided not to do all our doors at once. We have now employed a different company to complete the rest of the house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the headache!

We urgently needed a door replaced following a break and enter. Trevor in the showroom was brilliant, he presented a range of doors that were in stock, provided immediate quotes and booked the job in for the next business day. Josh the installer was polite, efficient and a clean worker. Really happy with the service overall.

Fantastic experience from the initial sale to the final installation. Extremely professional service. Installer Tony was a true craftsman and very particular ensuring the job was completed perfectly. Could not recommend Doors Plus and Tony highly enough.

What a great experience! From the initial phone call right through to the install, the level of professionalism shown was impressive. Big shout out to Josh the installer who showed up on time, texting me one hour prior to arrival and again 10 minutes before arriving so I knew exactly what was happening. He installed the door quickly and even cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend using these guys. They live up to their motto, “no fuss”.

Purchased Fiberglas door in Labrador. Very good service from salesperson Patrick.Door was delivered and installed 3weeks later.My installer Josh was absolutely amazing. Just had our set of French doors installed today. This is the second time we’ve used Doors Plus and we are really happy with the work they’ve done. From the start, Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The installer we had today Paul was fantastic. His attention to detail was impressive and we are very happy with the end result. Even Tony the installer that did our first door was the same, so seems like they have a quality team. Thanks again guys and I’m sure we’ll be back soon enough for more doors. Would highly recommend.

I needed a new front door pretty urgently and Trevor at Doors Plus Labrador sorted me out in one phone call. He was so helpful! Within two business days I had Josh at the house installing a new front door. He did a fabulous job and, like Trev, was so helpful and a really nice guy. The house look fabulous. I highly recommend this company and would never go anywhere else. Great job guys!
