Great service. The lady at the bistro bar is super kind and really knows about customer service, my friend wasn’t happy with her meal and they happily change it for her.The Mexican bowl and the Mexican chicken are delicious.

Order yesterday on Uber eats Chips and Gravy with a Carbonara because I was feeling like a pub feed without going out, always eaten at the hotel since arriving earlier this year and still yet to be disappointed.Definitely recommend, good local spot with good portions and cold beers.

Party of 4 adults and 2 children. Kids meals were huge. Chicken schnitzel was huge, enough for a very hungry person or to share. Lovely old pub with heaps of seating

Not much to look at and not much to look out from, but it satisfied our empty bellies with some quality food.You can order using your phone from the table, a trend I'm glad is becoming more popular.

I have been here a few times as a tourist to Cairns. It has a good family-friendly vibe, relaxed spaces, and great menu. As a vegetarian, I found some good dinner options (although not lots, so if you need a wide range of vego options, you might need to look elsewhere). My family found plenty of fish, pasta and beef dishes to suit them. I'll definitely put this on my visit-again list.

Everytime we have eaten at this hotel the meals have been outstanding. Unfortunately, this time around that was not the case. The Arancini Balls, which are normally delicious, had very little flavour. The Creamy Garlic Prawns were overpowering in taste and overcooked. The Southern Fried Chicken Burger was also overcooked & a little greasy. Additionally, the serving of chips was quite small. The staff, as usual, were very pleasant & professional and the food was delivered in a timely manner.

Beautiful pub, staff are always welcoming, but dine in or Uber eats, its very hit and miss with the food. Some days it's amazing other days it's less than ordinary.

Food can be really good. Or just plain average.Basic hotel with a relaxed feel.Plenty of parking out the back.
