Poor quality screen door.On first installation, our main door wouldn't shut because the handle wasnt measured correctly by Vivid. Took weeks to fix and still haven't been back to fix the frame where they stuffed up.

Had a window repaired and Sam gladly assisted and did not charge me an arm and a leg. Phoned around to most glaziers in the Hills and most could not be bothered to help.

Windows to small for opening.Windows leak water.Windows are not sealed.Called number of times to ask to be fixed and all I am told for past 4 months is there busy and can't get back to fix. Water leaking into house and flooding. Windows are not sealed
