This place is not recommended for everyone. The customer service is non existent and the so called professionals are just non educated. Not showing up on time and they’re so disrespectful that anyone with perfect mental health will go crazy.

Absolutely atrocious customer service.Have been waiting 4.5 months for a refund on a pre-paid appointment - which was cancelled with plenty of courtesy notice, due to reasons well beyond our control.*After 5.5 months and having contacted them 6 times, we finally received our refund with an apology.

My daughter has been on the wait list since February. Five months later, called to see how she is progressing to be told the psychologist she’s been referred to doesn’t take clients her age. Didn’t seem to care, no apology, just told they had a change over of staff. Now shes back on another wait list, thanks.
