Just had a great experience with these guys. Asked on FB messenger about some electric fence products within a hour I had a rep contact me with a quote and sent that day. Can’t fault!

Scammers. called them to repair my machine, they came out 2 days in a row fiddled around, missed 2 days of my work at the end my machine was not fixed & they charged $927.85 for nothing. apparently for a goodwill they rounded up the invoice for $550. which I clearly spoke to the manager & said $450 i should pay. Unprofessional rude staff (Mandy) to deal with clients that refuses to talk to myself as a director of my company to resolve the matter.

I would never recommend anyone tothis Company. No communication with my local dealer,Clark equipment would not let my local Bobcat dealer fix my telehandler. I had issues at 3 hours and I was told to do 500 hours before Clark Equipment would look at it.What a joke.I give Wilson Bolton Horsham top ratings for trying to help me get my telehandler fixed.

My bobcat has had some warranty issues which I raised in early Jan 2022. It is now early Sept 2022 and they are still stuffing me around. They keep promising call backs but I get nothing from them.I bought a reputable brand like bobcat as I thought if something went wrong I would be covered. I hope Bobcat realise the type of dealers that are selling their products.
