never been more angry in my life.. worst internet service ever and i didn’t even get to try it!!! i was told that a technician would arrive today between 8-12… well that time came and went and no one arrived, i called and they said the appointment was never confirmed? and that i had to send them more documents? but if i hadn’t called, i never would’ve known any of this. I don’t know why they would send me THREE confirmations texts saying the technician was arriving today, only to say that he was never going to come…. i’m so angry and i cancelled before i even received the internet

One star is too high. Their service is slow and constantly drops out. And even worse, they no longer have a faults call centre...you have to log a fault request which can take days/weeks to get action....even when the issue is their own service network going down (which happens regularly).Don't be fooled by what appears as lower upfront broadband prices....you pay for it by having constant network outages and slow service.Go with another company.

NBN 100 plan worked great for a couple of days and then things started going pear shaped. Service either dropped out intermittently (95% of the time) or became so slow that it was literally impossible to do anything with it. Technical support advised everything was ok, but after another day of reconfiguring my other spare modems/routers, I’ve given up and cut my losses (1st month fee and time) and terminate before the weekend. What a waste of time this had been. Not recommended at all.

Charged $300 to get the internet connected to a new house then very poor speeds. Call center overseas spoke in technical terms I did not understand. I had to get the Ombudsman involved to get any action.

The worst energy company I ever had! I paid my past gas bill on 24th of Jan over the phone with the dodo staff and confirmed there won’t be any charge as I paid. On 25th of Jan they charged me again and made the unpaid fee through my back. What a joke! So you dodo staff don’t really know what they said to their customers and just take their money again and agin? You also send me two bills for the same period of payment? You want charge me double bill for the same useage period which is illegal! I will never want to have dodo again! And please sort it out for me!

0 stars was not an option.Absolute rubbish !!! Where do I even start?These people promise a plan for fast internet- it drops out all the time and has low speeds!!! Sometimes as low as 12 mbps !!!They royally botched my account- they put my wrong email address onto the account - I can’t login to cancel and you can’t call them for support - so I can’t login to cancel my account or do anything!Putting the wrong email means that I also have a pending job on this address despite already having internet with them.I’m literally stuck! I can’t even go with another company until this is all sorted and I can’t call to sort it out and I can’t file through their website either BECAUSE I CAN’T LOG IN!It also took them days to even get internet connection despite being connected because of some mixup!!!Worst company ever!

Told you guys I don’t need to connect gas, but still connect it for me. Can you train your staff properly? Have to call back again to cancel, literally waste time

Dropouts often... Everyday 1 to 7 times a day is it dodo or the NBN who would know, just sign up pay here's a fee pay for a worthless modem if you leave pay it out , no after hours support ya know when most use net when finish their own jobs ... I'll use my phone, same speed better support doesn't stop working , btw ,starlink" I'm done with this

internet is good when it works, which is rarely. customer service is good when they contact you, which is never.

This isn't the real company, this is a scam company setup in the name of Dodo Australia. Just had an unauthorised withdrawal from my business account with the bank confirming the fraudulent transaction/company. Do not click on anything from THIS GROUP pretending to be Dodo, contact the proper authorities immediately!
