Scam artist, over charged, sketchy receipt, when questioned about the EXCESSIVE charges and why i was charged $360" for 'labor material' (WHICH WAS AN OLD BRICK HE FOUND ON THE STREET TO PROP SOMETHING UP' i got rudeness and arrogance back from him.Tried to get refunded for over $800 worth of 'labour and material' - he refused - I HAD TO GET ANOTHER MAN IN TO FIX ALL OF HIS ERRORS!HE MADE IT WORSE THAN IT WAS PREVIOUSLY!NOT HAPPY JAN"

Great experience, called when our heater exploded and was leaking everywhere. They explained how to stem the flow until the tradesman arrive with in the hour, he explained what new models are on the market and then looked at what our family requirements were.The new unit was installed that day and looks great , also to the tradesman's credit our next energy bill was greatly reduced thanks to his recommendations.It great to see that tradesmen out there going the extra distance to ensure the customers wishes and needs are looked after.
