My initial appointment with Mark was a great experience , very friendly, down to earth and professional. He effortlessly set-up my business accounts in my software to keep track of everything at a glance.If anyone asks me for accounting services I will highly recommend him. Poor communication and quite rude.Didn’t hear from Mark for two weeks, checked up on my progress to receive a short response that he would be in touch shortly. One more week passed and I checked in again. He then responded quite shortly again and said I was going to get a bill so I took my tax to H&R block and received a nice return.Won’t be using him again
