Integrated OT

The director Katie Johnson has just cancelled our service agreement. She's extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.On the day of my appointment I got covid screening questions just before the OT arrived. This should have been done prior to the OT leaving her home/office. I declared my daughter wasn't feeling well at the time so the OT cancelled her visit, which was absolutely fair enough.Katie still decided to charge us for the visit, although they cancelled the visit from their end. I understand it being a 24 hour policy, however they cancelled it, not me.Upon expressing my point of view to Katie, she decided to cancel our service agreement. Even after i told her I will still pay for the session fee, and although I apologized in the end, she still turned her back on us.I wouldn't recommend them.
