If you are looking for bike related advice or servicing best to go elsewhere. Servicing is costly and pretty average, have had major parts ($200 or more) replaced without being contacted or asked if I wish to go ahead. Poor advice and knowledge in anything mountain bike related. Honestly just come here for a laugh now. Nice road frames tho

Clean, always thoroughly stocked, competitively priced and easy to navigate both online and instore. Staff are super helpful with enquires. They have specials occasionally and product highlights which always make things fun. Also has different payment methods to make purchasing easy as well.

I have been going to see Shellie Johns for about 2 months now and I absolutely love it.Shellie has an amazing wealth of knowledge that she loves to share, whether it's for weight gain, weight loss, gut health or general well being. I shop at this store quite often and the service is very mixed. Today, however, may have been my last visit. The day before I was due for major surgery 2 weeks ago, I purchased quite a few items and when looking in the bag that night, I realised that an item for $26.95 had been put in the bag in error. Today I took it back and after waiting 15 minutes for the manager to appear, I was then chastised in front of others for how long I had taken to return the item. I explained that I had not been able to drive, not good enough I should have called. Really rude, no compassion that you have been unwell and the interpersonal skills of a brick. I definitely won't be back to shop again.

There was a problem with my order but the guys in the service team worked with me on a solution and it's all worked out well in the end.
