They made me wait for more than three hours in the lounge for a normal car service. If you are going to wait, make sure you check with the staffs and serve a friendly reminder in between. They tend to loose track and do not focus on customers paying huge amount of money. This surely wasted my day.

Got appointment for my car after almost 1 month. They kept my car for over week and not repaired all what I reported. Don't go there. Go at other professionals like autobahn.

Recently bought a new car paying cash and on my trip noticed sth wrong with the car. I contacted the salesman who sole me the car but was directed to the services team…waited for about a month to get an appointment to bring my car in and when I did…the refused to fix it saying it wasn’t a manufacturing defect and that I tampered with it…I would I try fixing the car if had warranty. Really regret buying my car from them.

I replaced my kluger with 4 brand new tyres 3 weeks ago, parked in the garage for 2 weeks after as I was driving my friend's car while he was oversea. I got it service here and was charged for wheel alignment and balance. How do you justify that? Definitely not happy with the service will not be coming back.
