Bakers Delight Penrith Plaza
Stingy. They put the absolute minimum amount of cheese & bacon on the rolls as they possibly can. The rolls are almost just plain. They use tape instead of twist ties so you can’t reveal the bag and won’t even give you a twist tie if you ask for one. I avoid going to this store if I can.

After packaging up my order they refused to sell to me because I had no cash and didn't meet the eftpos minimum of $3. Wouldn't even offer a surcharge which I was happy to pay. Just straight up refused to make the sale. I had to walk away with one very disappointed 3 yr old.During a global pandemic when everyone else is offering and encouraging cashless and contactless sales, how is this an appropriate way to run a business?

Finding a good sourdough is such a pain but Reece helped me w general enquires w lots of detail which I really appreciate, told me how long the bread will last in different environments and the different thickness of cuts they provide the loaves in :)

Bought a pair of wholemeal bread rolls they were at least a week old and hard as a rock. Unbelievable!! With items that shoddy best to go somewhere else.
