Recently l engaged Mark Southern to undertake a pre purchase termite inspection on the home we intended to purchase. Due to the owners covid notification the inspection was delayed for several days resulting in the need for the inspection to be carried out late on a Saturday afternoon. Even though Mark had previous commitments he changed them to meet my deadline.His inspection was so thorough together with his photographic evidence that the property had numeras defects together with building breaches which would be problematic in the future.When the report was presented to the owner our deposit was refunded immediately.Clearly l have no hesitation in recommending his services to any prospective buyer who needs peace of mind when going to contract.
