I love everything about Pilates 101! I have been attending a range of classes over the last few months and each has something great to offer. My fitness has improved, a noticeable difference in my strength, but most of all it has helped with my aches and pains, my sciatica and headaches are almost non existent now. Jo is wonderful, she makes it her mission to ensure she tailors each class to suit your personal needs to ensure you get the most out of it. And its FUN!!!

We had Jo come out to a 2 day offsite Executive Strategy session our business had and she did a fantastic job. We woke up early in the morning for our session and Jo was there to greet us. This was my first time doing Pilates and she did a great job with not only a newby like me but with some of the more experienced 'Pilates' staff who were there. I would highly recommend Jo and Pilates 101 for any of your Pilates needs. We'll definitely be getting her back
