Cricklewood Child Care Centre and Kindergarten

I am a part of the Cricklewood team and have been so for the last 6 years. I was originally drawn to the centre by the caring and friendly atmosphere that was provided for my niece and nephew. I loved it so much I became apart of the team. The educators are welcoming and form wonderful relationships with the children in their care as well as partnerships with our families and the community. The harmonious and educational environment is guided by a professional and experienced management team who are a credit to our service. Our service is rated exceeding which I believe says it all.

Cricklewood have been amazing I couldn't recommend them more. The centre is clean and vibrant and the careers are constantly looking at how they can excite and engage the children. There's a broad range of activities to cater for all children, based on child lead interests and building independence. The songs and new facts the boys have relied back to me is amazing.The staff are friendly and very accommodating, your child will be very loved and cared for while in their care. My boys love going there and take any opportunity to go back.I especially love that they embrace the free will of the child and encourage as much natural outdoor play as possible.

I love Cricklewood. I attended Cricklewood as a child from 10 months old, and I am now working here as an adult! A really nice service and all the educators are friendly and dedicated to work with

during my experience at Cricklewood I have always been welcomed with a friendly smile and family-like nature. I couldn’t recommend Cricklewood high enough to my friends and family as I believe their rating ‘Exceeding’ truly reflects this centre.I am a proud staff member of this centre who loves her job, the children we care for and the management and staff I work alongside.

Cricklewood is an amazing childcare centre. Their staff are fantastic educators and put the children first. There aren’t many childcare centres that offer the facilities like cricklewood does. I am currently part of the cricklewood family and my daughter speaks very highly of her teachers and is always so excited to go to crèche. I have never once questioned or hesitated management and their practices and policies- Nicole and her staff are all so lovely to deal with and make you feel like family!

My personal experience with Cricklewood is fantastic! They are very warm and welcoming to myself and my children. My kids were always so happy to attend and they had such a close relationship with their educators. The first time I entered Cricklewood I met Nicole. She was so open, understanding with my situation at that time and gave me nothing but support and respect.My children attended their 4 year old kinder there too because they did not want to attend anywhere else. They loved it!The kids are now in primary school and when we drive pass, they still ask to pop in to say hi to everyone.I highly recommend Cricklewood!

I was so sad to leave Cricklewood today, I worked at Cricklewood the last 2 years and had the most wonderful 2 years there. I made good friends with the staff, I enjoyed the children and families. I can just say if I had grandchildren who needed a child care centre I would recommend Cricklewood anytime. The negative comments I read about Nicole, Jacinta and Jack is so untrue, the person who wrote it must have a grudge against the world or life. In all the 2 years I worked there I was just treated with respect and the bad comments about Jack is not true. I never felt uncomfortable in Jack's presence and he was respectful towards the staff, children and parents at Cricklewood. Thanks Nicole, Jacinta, Jack, Trudy and all the staff, children and families for making my 2 years at Cricklewood so enjoyable.

My Time at Cricklewood has been extraordinary, i cannot speak highly enough about our management. They always ensure staff thrive in their professional development to give our children in our care the best nurturing, fun and educational experiences throughout the day.The staff at Cricklewood genuinely love their jobs and this shows through our daily interactions, staff walk into a room for the day and are embraced by cuddles by the children they educate visa versa.As per our policies we all strive to provide the best care and education to all of our children within our care and this is proven by the centres 'exceeding' rating.

Cannot recommend this centre enough! Incredible staff and incredible space. Children’s needs are always catered too! Love this place!!

The staff genuinely care for the kids and always make you feel welcome. It is hard leaving your child in the care of someone but I have always feel comfortable leaving my son here as it’s such an amazing environment. Educators are incredible and do such an amazing job!!
