Bad customer service and break in consumer rights. I took my daughter to buy some more material for her costume. We found the same material on a stand with a price drop from $16 to $11 the material we bought from Spotlight was $16 so we were happy. When paying the lovely lady said it was $25 after showing her where the item was she spoke to a male who explained the very small lable on the side was different not the fact they had placed it intbe wrong place. I would recommend driving to Capalaba to Spotlight before entering this store.

Sunnybank hills..I had questions as the product information wasn't on the packaging or the product's website. ELIZA was amazing and went out of her way to be helpful even though she was the only one there at the time.

This would have to be the most friendly and helpful staff in a Lincraft store I have ever visited. I found a pattern for a vest for my husband and the staff member went over and above in her efforts to help me find the materials I needed to complete the project. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

Worst customer service. Staff members standing behind the counter looking at the customers waiting in line and then they walk away.Left after waiting 10 minutes to pay.

Great selection, the service was great. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - lindcraft if you spend a bit of money on shampooing your dirty carpet & invest in some cleaning and paint you may just up your brand image.
