It’s not very often that you can walk into a store near closing time and be greeted by a friendly worker. Shelley is one of the nicest and most genuine person I have ever been served by in retail, she made a simple click and collect pick up a great experience and an instant mood changer!

Very small due to renovations. It’s about 1/8 size of a normal store. I would just head outside no more than 500 mtr to a full size store which they call Newcastle but it’s still in Kotara

This branch of jb hi fi seems to regularly have better stock than nearby at Charlestown. It's also a lot easier to get service as it's not as crowded. I found staff very helpful and informative.

Well stocked store. Has bigger selection than the nearby one at the homemaker centre. Helpful staff. Like all JB HiFi stores (seemingly), prices marked are rarely the ones that scan at the registers.

Got almost what we wanted (product was discontinued, got the new model, staff dropped the price for me as the new price was not advertised but the old model was still on display), but they really need more staff on the floor. They're busy every time we go in, and they're really good at giving assistance which is great, but it takes ages to get assistance.
