Was after wifi security cameras and was referred to a so called expert 14/09/22, 4pm. The chap was short with us, quite rude, no customer service quality at all. He read the boxes instead of knowing what he was talking about and could not, or did not want to, answer our questions. Your staff should be better trained in such a specialized section, we expect far higher levels with customer service than this chap offered. We usually get great service but this was atrocious service.

Love Bunnings at Grafton,Terrific for all my flowers that I love to pot and place around the back area of my home, and just little quiet area's outside to give a splash of colour as well.Bunnings cover all range of items for anything you want and need to get you started on your task, such as renovating your kitchen, bathroom, designing your own book shelfs , storage, fencing, the list could be endless.The staff at Grafton's Bunnings are great, at times I'm not to sure exactly the materials to use or disclose the quantity, they always guide me in the right direction.

When it comes to needing to pick-up special items that a bulky they never have them down ready even when you call up ahead of time to organise. About 4 different occasions now we have gone to pick-up our orders and get the excuse oh sorry no forklift drivers are here, or sorry we haven't got it down even when we have called ahead of time. Zero communication in this store between team members to get tasks done.
