Sitting for over 3/4 of an hour waiting for my script. I went up to ask for my paperwork back to go elsewhere to be told I’d already been called.No I hadn’t. We were told don’t worry we have loud voices as they don’t have the buzzers yet, but no you didn’t have load voices.I couldn’t go anywhere as I’m on crutches. The lady who served me was serving for the entire time I was sitting at your counter.Someone could have gone hmm she’s been sitting there a long time but no.I heard many other names and not mine. Very disappointed.

Not a welcoming atmosphere and no one there help to find out the medicine. Security is a rude person.
