My son and I was in yesterday, wanting to buy a beginner level wireless earbuds. He had an idea which one he wants before going in, but after seeing all the choices, we were confused.Lucky for us, a friendly staff Tash came to the rescue! She was very patient and gave us good advice on different brands and model to help us choose the right one. I have always been shopping at JB, and now with this great experience, I recommend anyone to shop there.

JB Hi Fi is a great store with very helpful staff. However I can't say the same for the contractors who install their TV'S. They installed our large TV on the wall. The TV was not centred and was hanging with the top tilting. When we asked JB to have them come back they were not so helpful. We are still waiting and they have the audacity to charge us. JB said they couldn't do anything about it. Well here's a suggestion. Take them off your list of instalkers!

Two visits the same day. Went to another store first, looking for a laptop. After 30 minute wait we left & went to JB. Staff were busy, but after a 5 min wait we found one who was attentive, answered questions about what each laptop offered, knowledgeable about the product & all round nice guy.Returned again after 20 minute wait in first store, again, wanting to buy a tablet. Staff member price matched the item (same sale price online but not displayed in store), knowledgeable about the product, recommended additional item, & clearly went through what limitations & benefits were for the model.Added bonus, original salesperson spotted us in the store & came over to make sure we had no problems or additional questions.

SHUT THIS STORE DOWN AND SEND IT TO H*LLHighly Reluctant to honour price match, got instantly put off by a purple hair staff to pay a higher price to cover some sort of gap fee if we want to use woolworths gift cards to pay.Dishonest, disgusting, absolutely failure of a business operation. Shame on you, called another branch JBHIFI to cross check, no such policy exists. All made up, we gave the business to another branch immediately. Avoid avoid avoid, let the staff there be redundant!

Rubbish store manager. bought a brand new ipad, came home opened it, there were fingerprints on it and a scratch on the back of the product.went back to return it, staff told me to wait 10 minutes. that 10 minutes turned into 25 minutes, and when i asked them is the manager coming? the staff was rude to me, refusing to make eye contact, not looking at me and responding with a rude tone, that i have to wait more.. finally store manager shows up, barely makes any eye contact with me, tells me in a very rude toxic way if i open it and the serial number on the product does not match with the box

JB Hi-Fi will get the same review across all its stores.The staff in my experience have always been helpful and knowledgeable.Recently we purchased a S21 FE and the staff member was very helpful
