Dishonest and really lazy agents. Incorrectly advertised a property with needing renovations and old photos of the house while the house that’s BURNT. Called agent and they they didn’t mention the house is burnt.

We rented a property from Raine and Horne for the last 3 years. Our agent Mary has been absolutely wonderful, she always responded to our messages and queries promptly despite her already busy schedule, and was more than happy to explain Australian rental concepts/processes to us when we were more familiar with living and renting in the UK.She's a lovely person who's always smiling and willing to help, we have never felt so supported by an agent. We would highly recommend her!

Absolutely horrible at time management! The agent Rosy Tran was 28 minutes late to our 12PM appointment for inspecting property for sale in Dandenong. She kept saying she will be here in 5 minutes. Need to be better.
