I wish I could give them 0 stars. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!! Firstly, they didn’t arrive on the booked date I had to call them at 3pm asking where the bin is to get a response saying “oh we’ve had issues we’ll deliver it tomorrow” but we had trades coming 7am which is why we ordered for the day before which pushed our tradies back half a day. They never noticed us of the delay until I called up myself. Secondly, the bin was supposed to be picked up Saturday morning and didn’t get picked up until the Tuesday, on pick up the truck leaked oil over our new exposed agg driveway and CRACKED the side of our driveway. Beyond frustrated.

The driver was very rude to the person that was at my place (to ensure the bin was placed in the right location). When I asked to talk to the driver on the phone, as I was the one that booked & paid for the bin, he refused to speak to me. Poor communication. Avoid booking with them! I wish I looked at the reviews below prior to contacting them!

Should've read reviews before hiring a bin. Bin was delivered on the day required but not picked up on the day it's supposed to go! Several days later and counting and as of this review it's still blocking my driveway. Customer support 'has no way of contacting the truck driver' so the bin will get picked up 'when it gets picked up'. Thanks for being helpful. /s

We had a bin booked with these guys through bookabin, they took our payment but then emailed on the day of delivery saying they can't get their trucks up the hill without causing them maintenance issues".We have a bobcat and other things booked in for this and now have no bin to dump in. How bad are their trucks if they can't drive up a hill?"

I ordered a bin for specific date, told them I had workers there. I was told it would be there, come the day, nothing, no contact or notification of what was going on, had to call and find out it wouldn’t come that day. Same thing happened the next day, was told it would arrive in the morning, finally arrived in the afternoon the next day. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

ONLY GETTING A STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO OTHERWISE NONEPICK SOMEWHERE ELSE - NOT THIS BUSINESSWe ordered a bin to be delivered Friday, received confirmation, then Thursday afternoon received phone call to say that bin not available! But we could pay extra for a bigger bin, or wait a week till one was ready. We purchased the bigger bin because we had planned our weekend around it!. It took around 10 phone calls to get the bin picked up (which was in our drive way), it was picked up 4 WEEKS LATE!. So many other places to choose from.

Absolutely very very poor customer service and quality, I definitely do not recommend these guys to anyone you will be throwing your money in the bin, I paid to have my bin for 1 month it was all confirmed and they came and took it after 5days without any notice, when I called them to ask them why they had taken the bin so early when I paid to have it for a month they denied it I even told them who I spoke with and they still denied and hang up on my face, they are very rude and not professional at all, 0stars to them...

I have recently ordered a 4 cubm skip bin through Total Waste Disposal Jandakot office at a very competitive rate. It took just 3 minutes on the phone and my request was processed. The bin was dropped the next day, credit card payment accepted. No stress, no issues, no time wasted. I would certainly use this company again and would recommend it to my friends.

Only giving 2star due to price, no communication regarding drop off, meant to pick up Monday but apparently coming Wednesday which is delaying a delivery, placed in my driveway in a way it blocks two spots to my garage and overall customer service has been very poor. Won't be using them again which is a shame cause not a very professional operation
