Prestige And Performance Cars

Saw the team at prestige motors for my Audi. Service was super helpful, competitively priced and had my car back within the day despite a few other things that needed to be done.

Booked my car in during the week and took 2 days off work to allow time for repairs. Despite dropping the car off 7am the first day, I heard nothing. Still nothing 3pm the following day so I called them to find out there was an issue and it wouldn't be ready. I understand things go wrong but there was absolutely no communication about it which left me scrambling last minute to find an alternative mode of transport to work. Even the next day I heard nothing until I called them late afternoon and had to take more time off work to collect the car within business hours.

I don't care what style or make European or Prestige car you drive, Rob and his team are the ones to trust. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Absolute pits. Terrible service, overpriced and complete disregard for customer cars. Got my car back in worse condition than I handed it in. Maybe this place was good once, but it's not now. Do us a favour and close your doors or get some competent mechanics.

I have been using these guys for my cars for 3 years now and highly recommend their work. They really go above and beyond with their service and have certainly earned my loyalty over the years. It's not easy to find a trustworthy and honest mechanic but there's no other way to describe Rob and his team.

Rob and his team always go above and beyond in delivering fantastic quality and service. They really know their cars and there hasn't been a problem they couldn't fix on any of the cars I have in service with them. Highly recommend Rob for your performance or regular car.

My beloved Triumph Stag ($115,000 spent in restoration) went in prior to flooding to correct coolant leaking into V of the motor. Got charged $860+ to fix manifolds. Next day leaking even more. Took it back to get repaired and after they'd had it for two weeks, I called to find out and was told they hadn't even looked at it. Guess what? .... that weekend it flooded and my car was LOST / DROWNED! I had to access the property via the Landlord (Dan is a top guy) to remove the car and to this day I have not had even a phone call from Rob (owner) to enquire how the car is and to apologise for not fixing my vehicle correctly in the first place, nor getting to the job after having it for two weeks. I have spent a few thousand with these people - never again!!!

I made a phone call to enlist their service. Whilst explaing my situation, I was cut short by the guy on the other end of the line, telling me they were too busy and they would reopen on the fourth January....Thank you for your lack of service. i know it is a crazy time of year, but he didn't even give me the time to organise something

Had our new secondhand XF Jaguar serviced here under warranty as suggested by a salesman at the car dealer place where we bought the car. We had also noticed the windscreen wiper washer jet was not spraying water onto the windshield. I did ask how it had got through roadworthy and they said it must have happened afterwards.Rob and his team did a great service, then checked everything and then diagnosed that the problem with the washer jet was not simple and a Body Control Module problem, which is quite expensive.Now for the diatribe. Our dealer decided not to get Rob to fix this and sent it off to Comet Auto in Albion where the car dealer used to work. I told Comet Auto what Rob had said about the body control module on the computer and they told me they had to test everything.6 weeks later after many frustrated phone calls with Comet Auto who could not find the problem, they diagnosed a body control module problem (same as Rob 6 weeks earlier) and then at the dealers request put in a second hand one which failed. When l mentioned to them l had told them this when l brought the car in they said l had not and where was the email to prove it?8 weeks later we got the car back. This cost more than $7000 at Comet Autos, to get water to come out of the wiper jets (body control module is about $3200). We are still stunned at the ineptitude at Comet Auto and poor customer service, and why it took so long to fix the car under warranty. Lots of drama here.So after that diatribe, needless to say, if you have to get anything done to your car and want it diagnosed correctly and quickly, just go to Prestige and Performance Cars. Their professionalism is impeccable, with very reasonable service costs (they try to save you money wherever they can). Would not take a Jaguar to anyone else in Brisbane. These guys are without a doubt the best and fairest.

Rob and his team are experts at their trade and extremely service oriented. Our car is serviced here and we had a minor issue a week ago with the cooling fluid sensor. The team fixed it on the spot without an appointment. Brilliant!
