I couldn't be happier with the care taken by the whole team at Nowra Flooring Xtra. Jordan has done interior design and is a great ideas person! Sanden helped me choose blinds and shutters that look great at my place. The measure and install team were lovely too!

I rarely write reviews, but following the outstanding experience had with Flooring Xtra Nowra, they definitely deserve praise. I have engaged their flooring and window furnishing services, and they excelled in both areas. No task was beyond them, and the appearance and quality of each final product was exceptional.The Nowra team always ensured that the best service was provided, and they always conducted themselves in a professional, polite and friendly manner. The biggest thank you goes to Sanden, who was an absolute gem and pleasure to converse with, and always made sure that I was happy with how the job was progressing, as well as the final product. Another big thank you goes to Annie, who was always full of sunshine when she answered the phone. With our first contact in the showroom we received professional advice. The salesman was on time for the quotation and the laying of the carpet explained. We were very happy to go ahead and the tradesman that installed the carpet were polite, and very accommodating in moving the furniture and we are very happy with the end result. Cannot recommend this Company more highly.

Originally I had four companies quote to do the flooring in one section of my house. Whilst Nowra Flooring Xtra were not the cheapest, they were well priced and had the best preparation plans. The tradesmen arrived when they said they would, they worked efficiently and did not disrupt our household and they did a lovely job. I have now had them back three times to do the flooring as our renovations reached that stage. Their office back-up is equally efficient and friendly. Recently the manufacturer of the flooring advised Nowra Flooring Xtra that they were discontinuing the shade I have been using. They were immediately on the phone to advise me so we could order all we needed to complete the job. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness they showed. I would recommend this company with no hesitation - they are professionals.

We had Nowra Flooring Xtra install our flooring and window coverings in our newly built house and from start to finish their service was outstanding. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all the flooring products and we selected good quality wool carpets for the bedrooms and vinyl planks for the rest of the house. Jordan helped with both colour and product selection to meet our needs. For the window coverings Sanden was able to help us with the selection of both plantation shutters for our windows and Veri Shades for our large glass stacker doors. The installation team were very professional and left the premises clean and tidy on the completion on installation. I have to say both Jordan and Sanden were very responsive to questions throughout the process and provided timely progress updates. Their after service support has been outstanding as well. I am happy to recommend the team at Nowra Flooring Xtra for both your flooring and window covering needs. Well done to the whole team for your outstanding service. You certainly took the stress out of this phase of the build.

I am a coordinator of 3 Disability houses, we have recently had flooring done at all 3 of our centres. Nowra Flooring Xtra were very accommodation to our unique needs with timings and timeframes. They did quality work ensuring the floors were safe for people with physical limitations. Very easy to deal with, highly recommend.
