Very baddddddd customer service. I asked the old lady with short hair how much is the product and she tell me the prices. Everything else has no price on and I asked for the price range to compare what should I buy. However, she seems to be unhappy and yelled at me about the price of each product. I just told her it’s better if she does in retail should put the price so people know what they are willing to pay and she doesn’t seem happy again. I still end up buying a product from this store but honestly, if you go to a chemist warehouse or Priceline you will get a cheaper deal and everything is transparent. Believe me, then she told the cashier this product won’t be able to return because it’s on sale but me and my partner no one can understand her English, then the cashier need to explain to us. I never think to return a cosmetic product but seems like she is hard to deal with, no one would like to come back here and pay a premium price for this customer service attitude.

Beautiful products, however, everytime I walk in, the staff stare at me and don't assist me, I have only witnessed customers of Asian descent being greeted and assisted. The worrisome and unwelcoming look on their faces every time I touch something makes me want to leave empty-handed as soon as possible. This has been the case in many of 'The Face Shop' stores. Not impressed.

Reasonably priced, I got a red picnic lip tint for $13 and the quality is great. (Some products are very expensive but that’s because of their quality, internationally they will all be around the price this shop sells it for)The staff is willing to help and explain products well.They have nail Polish and nail gemstones/decorations too.Mainly face care.Extra star because they were playing Kpop songs <3

I finished my first skin care product called Aloe gel, it was perfect products for my need, and went back to buy another one yesterday. But after spoke with one of very helpful staff, I bought different products called Lotus gel. I’m totally love with this . Great long lasting moisture for my skin and very light texture. The shop looks very clean and great range of products. The price are reasonable .

Really awful experience in the store. Was accused of opening a product when it was clear the seal was still intact. The staff were condescending and had zero customer service skills. I would rather spend more money at a high end skin care company than deal with their rude and childish staff.

OMG!!!!!!! Physically assaulted by a staff member! Management disgracefully spoke down all because I didn’t know that the store had no testers for their nail polishes!Had to call security to coach him regarding assault in Australia and consumer law rights!!! Absolutely shocking!!!!

Love love love this store!! I always leave the store happy and full of samples. I was always hesitant coming into the store but the staff were super friendly and always knows what is best for my skin! I don't know what bad reviews people has been writing, they maybe had a bad day, those people just never worked in retail and wouldn't understand.

Just had a bad experience in the shop, as they charged me wrong price. The lady was very helpful and tried help to fix the receipt but the male staff was very rude , so I decided to make a full refund and he ended up throwing cash on the table at me. I did say to him that he should not do that and he kept talking in language.

The sales assistant shocked me of her knowledge of every product. In a detailed and understandable manner she helped me find what I needed. Very impressed with the customer service.

This shop has no price tags and they sell the products for the rate they wish… worst customer service and the old lady with short hair is worst, rude and the most disrespectful person never ever shop in this store WORST OLD LADY
