As a wedding planner, working with Laissez-Faire Catering for a recent wedding was an absolute pleasure from start to end. Excellent organisation and communication in the lead up, through to delicious food presented perfectly and attentive and caring service on the day ensured a wonderful day for my clients and their guests. Outstanding food and service. I have had the pleasure of using LF Catering as the caterer for my wedding on June and I have been amazed by the quality of service and food. The dishes coming out of the kitchen are spectacular to say the least. all our guests and our parents love the foods. And the waiters and waitresses are highly professional and friendly as well! I highly recommend them to anyone.

Laissez-Faire Catering recently catered my Charity Event, raising funds for Cancer Research. They went above and beyond and every guests remarked on how delicious and plentiful the catering was. LF offered so much more than just catering however, the best wait staff, cloak room attendant and greeters for our guests. Plus the personalised service on menu selection. What an amazing team! We held our special event on our own property and Sara and the team were exceptional from start to finish. The organisation, coordination, setup, menu, preparation, presentation, execution and pack up were all seamlessly done. I look forward to choosing them again next time

As always the service and food from Laissez Faire was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our schedule and everyone commented on how delicious the food was. Laissez Faire catered my wedding in November 2022. We had a cocktail style wedding at Wylies Baths for 105 guests. I got feedback from guests that there there wasn’t enough food in general and on top of that LF didn’t cater to dietaries I’d specified prior to the event. We had 5 vegans and there was no accomodation or substitute dish for those guests.Laissez Faire’s handling of the feedback I provided post event was unprofessional. The points I brought up were not based on my feelings but actual feedback from guests at the event. Sara was dismissive, defensive and failed to meaningfully acknowledge any of the feedback.If you're looking to have enough food at your wedding, vegan options and a stress free experience I'd find another caterer.

The team recently handled the catering for Canapes between our wedding ceremony and reception. While we didn't get the chance to try the food, the feedback from all our guests is that it was amazing, high quality , great taste and the drinks constantly flowing . Thank you SO much for your contribution in making our wedding day magical, we will certainly be back for more catering in the future

Absolute knock-out! Laissez-faire catered our wedding at Wylie's Baths, Sydney and were outstanding. Every one of our guests commented on how delicious the food was and how generous the portions were - from a spectacular grazing table to our full sit down meal, both the food and the service was faultless. Sara and the team at Laissez-Faire were delightful to work with and really went above and beyond to make our our reception spectacular. I highly recommend them!!
