If you deal with this company do not pay by direct deposit. Pay by credit card. I paid in full for delivery to my property. The courier company offloaded the job to a bunch of clowns who refused to deliver to my property. After three days of negotiations the original courier offered to deliver the freezer for $600 plus costs!!! Jono refrigeration were absolutely no help whatsoever even though they organised the delivery. They offered to cancel the delivery and charge like wounded bulls to take back an undelivered order. Pathetic and reprehensible. One star is too generous.
