Fantastic؜ serviceI recently leased my investment property through Creer and couldn’t be happier. I dealt with Luke and Jenna who’s professionalism and knowledge of the rental market made this a very easy experience.They had my property rented quickly and helped with all my questions being a first time landlord.I would highly recommend using Creer!

Great tailored service achieving excellent results. We rang Creer on a Saturday expecting to leave a message with reception for someone to ring us back the following week. Instead, we go to speak to Dayle who was very happy to speak to us at length about property management of our 2 rental properties.We had nearly signed with another agent but it fell through when we read in the find print of the contract which stated that by signing, we allow all our information to be shared with anyone in Australia and overseas.Dayle Eveleigh reassured us about how our privacy of information would be respected so we asked for a rental appraisal. Luke Frendo attended both our properties on the next working day. He was well informed about the rental market and advised us to advertise at a rental price about $100 to $150 more per week compared to 2 other agencies which we had approached prior.He agreed for us to write our own blurb" for the online advertisements and he was accommodating about organising inspection times.We were in regular contact with Billie Schneeweiss who was prompt in answering texts

As a group we have 7 properties that Creer handle for us.We all live a consistently distance from these properties and after ‘interviewing’ numerous agents in the area found Creer fits our requirements perfectly.They have made the whole process of renting out these properties haste fee and to date we have had excellent tenants. They’re quick to inform us of any issues and offer assistance.Communication is great and they have a friendly helpful team

Jacob communicated well and regularly; he was proactive with the sales process. Jacob was truly exceptional; I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. Jacob was always available; nothing was a problem.Jacob’s promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic sale process simple. I will certainly recommend him to my family and friends. When I am needing a real estate agent, I will not hesitate to call Jacob.

Professional. We've been thoroughly impressed with Luke and Billie from Creer. We are very much set and forget landlords wherever possible but whenever we have a question or concern we always get a prompt response. Luke has always been upfront and honest in all of our dealings and he is prepared to go above and beyond to meet the needs of his clients. We'll be sticking with Creer for any future investments.

Exceeding expectations and outcome. I could not recommend Brendan highly enough; Brendan was extremely attentive, professional, honest and fast acting, producing above my expected outcome within a week. It is clear that Brendan and his team really care about their clients, making the sale of my first home completely stress free. Found؜ us a new tenant super fast! Wonderful property management services from Creer!! A big shout out to Tyler Fardell who did a superb job finding us a new tenant over the Christmas/New Year period. The house was vacant for only one day, which was amazing given the time of year and office closures. Tyler was prompt, responsive and kept us informed all throughout the process. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend their services.
