Most useless customer service. What kind of business makes you purchase a few small items over the phone with a proxy when you are standing right in front of them. Not to mention the 2 hour wait time to grab something off a shelf! Simply unaustralian

Service is horrible and to place an order with the head office in Melbourne just to receive it in landsdale is ridiculous and needs to be sorted out along better for top customer service

Ordered two of the 45L Wesco bins in January and have only received one. When I enquired about the second I received the delivery receipt for the first as confirmation the second had been sent. The delivery receipt clearly indicated a single unit was sent and received on the same day the first arrived. Have followed up twice via email after this with no response. Very disappointing.

The webmaster needs to review this website. It doesn't load correctly via mobile phone. Also, there are no opening hours provided on Google. We wanted to drive down to buy something but not sure about making the journey if they're not open when we get there. Heard good things from others about this store. Pity about their web reach.
